How To Use Your UPS Tracking Number

To track your package using a UPS Tracking Number:
- Locate the UPS Tracking Number sent to you with your order confirmation email.
- Enter your UPS Tracking Number in the Tracking Number field, or place a check next to any previously saved Tracking Number (only available if you have already logged on to My UPS). You can enter up to 5 Tracking Numbers.
The Tracking Summary page has several options including:
- Detail: Selecting Detail provides more detail regarding your package including Package Progress by day.
- Show All: Provides individual package detail for multiple package shipments.
- Save Tracking Numbers: This feature allows logged-in My UPS users to save tracking numbers for undelivered packages for quick retracking.

If you are in the United States: Open your e-mail client and create an e-mail message addressed to totaltrack@ups.com.
- If you are tracking a single tracking number, enter it as the subject line or within the body of the e-mail message. To track multiple packages by e-mail, you can enter up to 25 UPS tracking numbers in the body of an e-mail message. There is no need to create a subject for the message.
- Send the message.
